PRINTED NEWSLETTERS

The newly updated mailbox stations do not have the old newsletter mailboxes attached. Currently, the HOA board members are discussing whether or not the extra mailboxes are needed. A decision will likely be made at the next board meeting. In the meantime, printed copies of the August Newsletter are on the entry table at the clubhouse. Please check with any neighbor who does not use this website and/or does not use email. (NOTE: the email version of the newsletter will be sent out by Thursday, 7/30).

Thank you to those who fixed the mail boxes. They look great. It is amazing how much volunteer work people do here. 😊

Not only was the finished work done exceptionally well it also met the USPO specifications. Volunteers worked in scorching heat accomplishing the feat.

Once again

Once again the resident up front harassed and tried to physically attack my guests car while driving out of our community. Trying to physically stop their car and yelling at them. They were driving 15 mph. While they were certainly speeding by 1 mph, it doesn’t warrant this kind of behavior. I will call the police and press charges not IF but when this happens again. I want him removed from the board. He has no business representing our community. My guests felt extremely threatened and fearful. Both women.
