We adopted a new dryer vent cleaning policy which will be mailed to all residents and will also be posted on our website. We implemented this policy because clogged dryer vents create a significant risk of fire to our community. Under the new rule, all dryer vents must be cleaned by June 1, 2026, and every 2 years thereafter. Please save your receipts to present to our property manager.
