Dear Residents: This is a reminder that, weather permitting, AmeriCoat Asphalt & Concrete Co. will be on site on Monday, July 20 and Tuesday, July 21 to do milling and paving work on our main roadway. The milling machine will be parked at our clubhouse parking lot over the weekend, so parking space will be limited. This announcement comes with sad news. One of our long-time residents, Ruth Anne Martin, passed away on May 24th. Many of our residents knew Ruth Anne as a delightful and charming person who was always smiling. She will be sorely missed! The burial will be held privately. This inspection will help the board identify any repair issues that are present, and it will begin on Tuesday, May 5th. The landscapers are working hard to put mulch down in our community. The area between the buildings and the sidewalks will be mulched at a later date. Please do not remove mulch from the pile by the clubhouse. Thank you for your cooperation.

Mulch will be delivered to the HOA next week starting on WEDNESDAY. Please leave the parking areas to the WEST of the clubhouse front door unoccupied; this area will be the staging area for the mulch. The area will be blown clean upon completion. During the mulch installation process we kindly ask all residents to keep their garage doors down and windows closed as it can get dusty. It will take a few days to complete as well. Dear residents, The strong winds yesterday caused some damage to our community, but we are very fortunate that it was not major compared to other communities and that we did not lose electricity. Many thanks to our residents who replaced trash and recycling bins and picked up trash yesterday. So far, I know of two trees down and a number of our buildings have had flashing torn away from the exterior. I would like to encourage all unit owners to inspect the exterior of their
