The landscapers are working hard to put mulch down in our community. The area between the buildings and the sidewalks will be mulched at a later date. Please do not remove mulch from the pile by the clubhouse. Thank you for your cooperation.

Mulch will be delivered to the HOA next week starting on WEDNESDAY. Please leave the parking areas to the WEST of the clubhouse front door unoccupied; this area will be the staging area for the mulch. The area will be blown clean upon completion. During the mulch installation process we kindly ask all residents to keep their garage doors down and windows closed as it can get dusty. It will take a few days to complete as well.
