SEALCOATING PROJECT

Phase 1 (Red) of the sealcoating project is scheduled to begin Monday August 31st, weather permitting. The driveways of buildings 19, 20, 21, 22, 18 (south side), 23 (west side), 32 (south side) and 33 (north side) are included in Phase 1.

Phase 2 (Blue) of the project is scheduled for Wednesday September 2nd, weather permitting. The driveways of buildings 14, 15, 16. 17, 31, 13 (west side),18 (north side), 30 (north side) and 32 (north side) are included in Phase 2.

Motor vehicles and other objects must be removed from driveways. Any motor vehicle located on the driveways at the time of the project will be towed at the owner's expense. Vehicles may not travel on the seal coated areas on the day of the project and the day after for a total of two (2) days. You may walk on the sealcoating on the second day. Parking is available on the street opposite the mailboxes, on Riverbend Avenue and in the Commonwealth Bank parking lot located on the east side of association property.
