High Wind Damage

Dear residents,

The strong winds yesterday caused some damage to our community, but we are very fortunate that it was not major compared to other communities and that we did not lose electricity.

Many thanks to our residents who replaced trash and recycling bins and picked up trash yesterday. So far, I know of two trees down and a number of our buildings have had flashing torn away from the exterior. I would like to encourage all unit owners to inspect the exterior of their building (especially the metal flashing near the roof lines).

Please report any damage to me, and I will pass your information onto Patterson Merkle. You can email me at CharlesL111750@gmail.com or text me at 419-544-2582. Be sure to include your name and address and feel free to send pictures.

Thank you all for your assistance.
