Milling & Paving Work

Dear Residents:

This is a reminder that, weather permitting, AmeriCoat Asphalt & Concrete Co. will be on site on Monday, July 20 and Tuesday, July 21 to do milling and paving work on our main roadway. The milling machine will be parked at our clubhouse parking lot over the weekend, so parking space will be limited.

On Monday, the milling machine will remove portions of our roadway to a depth of 2 inches and they will pave these areas on Tuesday. It will be safe to drive over the milled areas, but please drive slowly and use extra caution as there will be a 2 inch bump until the next day when the areas are paved.

Workers will be using heavy equipment so please drive carefully and do not try to drive around the work crews.
